STORE CANCELLATION POLICY

We will be requiring deposits when confirming your booking.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause especially to our regular clients, but unfortunately due to no shows at times, we have been left with no choice.
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠:
A €30 deposit is REQUIRED when confirming your booking.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE- unless you cancel within 24 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 prior to day of your appointment.
We’d accept Cash, Revolut, Bank Transfer and Card Payment.

After our careful consideration, New Policy for “No Show Up” and “Cancellation” are imposed and valid from today.
Last-minute Reschedule or Cancellation is not longer acceptable anymore, if you wish to cancel your Appointment or Reschedule it must be done 24 HOURS before your Appointment or at least the night before.
We do understand that situations arise & sometimes you need to cancel with a very short notice, but we ask you to cancel or reschedule in advance if possible.
🔴 Cancellation if cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before arrival time, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show up, the half price of the reservation will be charged and full price of next booking needs to be paid in order for Client that wishes to book new appointment.
🔴 First time Clients who fail to turn up will be refused to book or deposit has to be paid in advance.
🔴 Clients who are late more than 20 minutes will be rescheduled if we cannot fit you in. ( Our Staff are already working hard providing you quality service so come in late will put them under more stress plus next client will be delayed )
🔴 Please understand it is not fair for our Staffs who have to stand still and wait uselessly if there is cancellation on short notice or no show.
Furthermore, It has a negative impact on our business as we cannot schedule new appointments quickly then.
