We will be requiring deposits when confirming your booking. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause especially to our regular clients, but unfortunately due to no shows at times, we have been left with no choice.

𝐏π₯𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐑𝐞 𝐟𝐨π₯π₯𝐨𝐰𝐒𝐧𝐠:

  • A €30 deposit is REQUIRED when confirming your booking.

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE- unless you cancel within 24 π‡πŽπ”π‘π’ prior to day of your appointment.

  • Please note that after 24hours if cancellation is requested, we would only be refunded
  • Clients who are late for more than 15 minutes, will have a rescheduled appointment, IF ONLY we cannot fit you in.

Dear clients,

After our careful consideration, New Policy for “No Show Up” and “Cancellation” are imposed and valid from today.

Last-minute Reschedule or Cancellation is not longer acceptable anymore, if you wish to cancel your Appointment or Reschedule it must be done 24 HOURS before your Appointment or at least the night before.

We do understand that situations arise & sometimes you need to cancel with a very short notice, but we ask you to cancel or reschedule in advance if possible.

All services are final. NO REFUNDS or credit will be applied once service has started.

Regular Polish: We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.

Gel Polish/Acrylic: Please note that if you experience any issues with your nails after visiting our salon, you must contact us within 72 hours to let us know. If the issue was caused by us. we will fix it for free. However, all repairs must be completed within 48 hours after contacting us. If the issue was not caused by us, additional charges will apply for the fix.

Manicure and Pedicure Treatments: All of our manicure and pedicure treatment packages include regular nail polish. Gel polish add-on is available for all packages for an additional charge. Nail enhancements or Side Hustles can also be included at an additional charge.

Child Safety Policy: This policy is with the utmost respect to the parents coming in for services at our salon. We understand the challenges in finding time for yourself and that this issue is a sensitive topic to discuss. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap unless they are receiving nail services. There will be no running, screaming, or walking around the salon. If you bring a tablet for your children, please also have headphones available as not to distract other guests.

Furthermore, It has a negative impact on our business as we cannot schedule new appointments quickly then.
